Jack's BBQ Corner - Jack's Pulled Beef On A Bun

  • 3 to 4 lb roast
  • 1-1/2 cups ketchup
  • 1 pkg onion soup mix
  • 4 tsp chili powder
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp worchestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp fresh garlic, minced

Mix ingredients together and pour over roast in a slow cooker and cook for about 6-8 hours. Shred meat with a fork. Serve on a bun.
